If anyone was wondering what's the voice saying in the beginning, it's "They say time is the fire in which we burn." and "Timing is very important in my experiment." Both of which came from Star Trek. I still couldn't figure out what's the last voice saying or where is it from.

Great version of this song. My favorite line up Siouxsie, Severn, Budgie and McGeoch...their best guitarist in my humble opinion. Carruthers was a great replacement admittedly.

No. Isolated fit into the whole thing as a direct reference to the state of Therese Voerman. She's isolated, forced to be apart, segregated. And it's all happening internally. This song is brilliant, but not better than Isolated in the context of Bloodlines.
